Refund and Return Policy

All orders returned to us within 60 days from delivery are entitled to a refund or credit, and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. They must be returned in unopened, saleable condition. All orders being returned to us must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA#). This number can be attained by emailing our Customer Care Dept. at ccare@thaiseeds.com or phone +66 096 249 1435. No returns accepted from previous sales season.

Corporate Policy

All seed listed for sale in this catalog is subject to delivery by our growers and suppliers. In the event that a variety is not delivered in full,we may choose to prorate the amount sold to each customer.
